OpenFlow in Europe Linking Infrastructure and Applications


  • OFELIA é um projeto colaborativo dentro do European Commission’s FP7 ICT Work Programme.
  • O projeto cria uma instalação experimental que permite aos pesquisadores não apenas fazer experimentos sobre uma rede de teste mas também controlar e extender a própria rede precisamente e dinamicamente.


  • A instalação OFELIA é baseada no OpenFlow, uma tecnologia emergente de rede que permite virtualização e controle de ambientes de rede através de interfaces padronizadas e seguras.
